How much of the Mesa Max Infant Car Seat base needs to be in contact with my vehicle cushion?
UPPAbaby recommends that 80% of the Mesa Max Infant Car Seat base should cover the vehicle cushion. For reference, the base should be in full contact with the vehicle seat cushion until approximately where the front side of the carrier attachment point starts angling upward.
